Accomplishing all of these tasks beforehand will allow us to get our jobs done effectively and efficiently while capturing your home in its perfect state.

*We will not be able to move things from room to room*

  1. We LOVE pets, but please keep them in the garage or separate area during the shoot.
  2. All floor mats and small rugs should be removed and put in a closet or garage. (frontdoor, backdoors, kitchen, and bathrooms) This allows us to show off the floors, however, large
  3. Area rugs are okay
  4. Countertops should be clear of soaps, sponges, toothbrushes, makeup, etc. in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  5. All blinds pulled all the way up and curtains pulled open.
  6. Check all lights and lamps leading up to the shoot to ensure there are no bulbs that are burnt out.
  7. Each room should be free of clutter, including pet food, toys, and random items.
  8. If you have a walk-in closet try to clean and organize the best you can.
  9. All fans, portable air conditioners, vacuums, and other large items need to be put away in a closet or garage.
  10. All trash cans in the kitchen, bathrooms, office, etc. should be put away.
  11. All outdoor trash/recycling bins should be stored away in the garage. (not on the side of the house)
  12. The backyard should be maintained (mowed, no dog poop) and free of clutter (bags of soil, toys, random chairs)
  13. Grill covers off of grills if they look nice and clean.
  14. All cars need to be out of the driveway and away from the front of the house.
  15. We will only photograph the garage if it has a workbench, or laundry. If not, feel free to store all extra items in there.
  16. Do not try to hide items in corners, behind beds or doors. We take photos from many angles, and therefore items need to be put away in a closet or garage.
